About Enhance
Enhance is a course designed to raise well-being by teaching people social skills, coping skills, examining strengths and values, and so forth. The initial randomized controlled experiments produced very promising outcomes. The goal of Enhance is to teach social skills, ways of thinking, and understanding one’s own values and strengths as means of increasing life satisfaction, meaning, and enjoyment of life, and as well as reducing stress and depression.
